The American Academy of Paramedicine provides information, support, recognition, advocacy, and public awareness so that all EMTs and Paramedics can build better lives for themselves and their families.

Inform. AAPM will offer a wide array of free coaching and mentoring programs to ensure that EMTs and paramedics have the information and support that they need to live happy, healthy, fulfilling lives.
Support. AAPM will host virtual and in-person support groups for medics and their families so that no one feels alone. AAPM will offer a f
Inform. AAPM will offer a wide array of free coaching and mentoring programs to ensure that EMTs and paramedics have the information and support that they need to live happy, healthy, fulfilling lives.
Support. AAPM will host virtual and in-person support groups for medics and their families so that no one feels alone. AAPM will offer a free InfoLine (411-4-911) to connect EMTs and Paramedics to wellness support services.
Advocate. AAPM will help shape local, state, and national policy to improve the lives of EMTs and Paramedics.
Listen. AAPM will listen to front line EMS professionals and develop innovative programs responsive to their unique needs.
Lead. AAPM will run public awareness campaigns to recognize and support EMTs and Paramedics. AAPM will work with reporters and media companies to make sure the public understands the importance of EMTs and Paramedics.
Recognize. We celebrate and recognize excellence in our profession.
